:I am a beginner on French and i will need to start from the grass root level.
Why you are learning your foreign language (e.g., career advancement, etc.). :No such particular reason, just very enthusiastic about learning many languages and though of starting with one of the most popular one.
The areas in which you feel you need particular improvement (e.g., grammar, conversation, etc.). : i guess being a beginner i need to learn all the facets of the language.
How much time you want to dedicate to your language lessons.
I can dedicate 4 hours a week and classes should be on the weekends only as i am working.
W hat qualities you are looking for in your lessons or in your teacher. : My teacher obviously needs to be a master at it and i am sure thru ur network i shud be able to get an experienced campaigner.He /She should understand my motive of learning the language and should customize the course accordingly.

I would consider myself as a beginner and somewhat intermediate. I want to further my learning in french before I attend college. I am interested in improving my French because I like the language and French culture, and French is useful to know in the government setting. I need particular improvement in conversation, listening comprehension , building up my vocabulary.
I can dedicate about 1-2 hours per week on language lessons.
I want a teacher that teaches with structure, is well prepared and organized, and makes learning fun and interactive. I hope I can receive lots of handouts to study on my own time as well.
