My partner is dutch and I want to speak his language.I am visiting his fmaily (again) in June 2011 and I'd love to be able to speak to his grandma in her language.
I have the Rosetta Stone system and so can understand 30-50% of conversationa nd can usually work out sentences from waht I know. I am terrible at creating sentences myself. I suppose I'm somewhere between beginner and intermediate?
I need improvement in conversation! and grammar, although i'm less worried about grammar and spelling, than coonversation at this stage.
I want to have one formal lesson a week, and can commit to an hour or so of extra homework each week.
I want someone supportive and understanding as it is hard! but also a good teacher!

I am a student now in Indhoven, Netherlands. My school provides lessons in English but i feel lack of conversation between me and the dutch students.
I hope to learn Dutch to enjoy more the life here.
I cannot speak Dutch at all and i want to learn the parts likes conversation and vocabulary. I hope to spend my time about 1or two lessons a week for learning.
I hope to meet a teacher that could provide practical and useful lessons that makes me really use that language in real life.
