Hindi being the widely spoken language by Indians, I want to learn the spoken language. I am from Tamil Nadu. There is no proper avenue for developing the spoken Hindi. I have passed 4 exams of Dakshin Hindi Prachar Sabha. I know to read and write. I can understand the Hindi language, so much so that, I can follow what they say. I want to be fluent in spoken Hindi. I think, only practice will help.
As for Telugu, it is my original mother tongue. since I was born and brought up in Tamil Nadu, there was no necessity for speaking Telugu. Hence I want to pick up spoke Telugu.

I can speak Tamil well, but I can't read. I tried to learn by my own, but found it difficult, not the learning but the dicipline. I need to attend a formal class in order to learn. Don't need to be an expert but just need to be able to read books, newspaper, commom articles. Prefer an elderly tutor, 2 - 3 hrs classes every 1 or 2 weeks; prefer weekends. Looking for structured / formal teachings.
