I am an absolute beginner to the French language. My fascination with both the language and the culture of the French nation has been building up for years. I am now in a suitable position to devote myself to learning the language as well as more about the culture and country. I am currently completing a full-time university degree, so my time is limited by that, but i would like to be able to devote at least 5 or so hours per week to the language.

I completed a semester course of first year university French through UNISA, so have a grasp of basic grammar and can read the language fairly well. I would like to improve my conversations and writing skills. I can dedicate about 6 to 7 hours a week to my studies. I am learning French purely out of personal interest, although I hope to use it some day,even if only while travelling. I would like a teacher who is fluent in French and whi will be reasonably strict with the standard of French I produce!
