My mom's family still lives in Denmark and I go back to visit every year. I'd like to learn Danish to speak and write with them and friends. I am an advanced beginner. I've taken lessons before and want to build on them. I'd like to have weekly sessions involving both reading and speaking and some homework to learn grammar and how to write. Speaking is my priority, then reading. I would like my teacher to be native speaking in Danish and to be enthusiastic about teaching.

I'm trying to help a friend who has just come to the States from Serbia. She speaks very minimal English and needs to learn more in order to communicate at work. In particular, she needs to improve her basic conversationa l skills. In terms of how much time she wants to dedicate to language lessons, she could do an hour of lessons every day.
