I am studying abroad in Budapest, Hungary this fall and I would like to continue my studies of Hungarian when I return to the US. I am currently in the beginner class for Hungarian. I'm strong with vocabulary, grammar, and written Hungarian, but I would like to improve the fluidity of conversation. I would like to meet once or twice a week. I am also a full-time student at the University of Minnesota. I am graduating with my undergraduate degree in Political Science in May 2014, so I will also be busy during the spring semester working on completing my thesis paper and other graduation requirements. One or two meetings a week will fit into my schedule without overwhelming it. I am looking for a teacher who encourages the long-term study of Hungarian. I want him or her to focus on practicing conversation.
