I am interested in learning both Russian and Italian.
I have traveled to more than 30 countries during a 10 year career with the US military, but never learned any new languages, I would like to change that.
I will dedicate 1-2 hours of lessons per week in addition to plenty of my own personal study time.

learning French to understand French because my European tour is planned, so I need to learn French. also I wish to know a lot about French culture and to communicate with native speakers. My personal way of learning is one on one or in small groups,where I can get a lot of personal attention of my respected Teacher. Online learning does not work for me :-) I'll be happily dedicating as many hours my Teacher will suggest me to. Qualities I'm looking for in my teacher is normal like any student that she/he should be with heaps of patience, loaded with various types of learning strategies.

- I learn Russian because it is beneficial to my profession and also I have a strong interest in the language.
- I can have a full conversation with a Russian speaker, but I am not fluent, possibly intermediate level.
- I require improvement in grammar, especially reading and writing, I have improved my pronunciation .
- I would like to spend half a day on lessons, 8:30am - 12:00am
- I am open to any methods of teaching the teacher proposes, I enjoy a combination of reading, text book exercises and conversation. I am not a student with exceptional memory, patience is required.

I would like to learn Brazilian/Por tuguese as a means of conversation with my friend who is Brazilian. I am a complete beginner, I have some Brazilian/Por tuguese books to learn from, but I would like a one on one teacher to educate me properly.
