I have moved to Brazil in June 2009 to live and work. I wish to ameliorate my Portuguese in Goiania, which is the home city of my Brasilian partner.
My skills in Portuguese are intermediate. I attended two basic Portuguese courses during the academic year 2007-08 at the University of Jyväskylä, in Finland. At the moment I understand the spoken language pretty well, but cannot speak fluetly, eg. by using long phrases.
I hope to have sessions of few hours once a week.
The degree in Portuguese language and the ability to teach the grammar are required from the teacther.

I am very proficient in Spanish and lived in Mexico for some time. I'm at an intermediate level with Portuguese and Italian. currently I am working on learning French but just beginning with it. I took a couple years of japanese in high school but haven't had much practice so i'm back down to the basics with that too. I'd like to learn chinese and Arabic but have no background with the languages. I want to be able to travel and possibly teach abroad and I'd like to work for an international organization, probably non-profit in humanitarian aid. I need help with conversationa l portugues and italian and could use help learning the basics of Chinese and Arabic. I would be more than happy to help someone learning Spanish.
