Hi...
I'm looking to start learning Brazilian Portuguese. I have had no prior experience with it. The reason I'm looking to learn is that my girlfriend is Brazilian and I would like to get a basic understanding of the language. Depending on how I feel with the instruction I could see myself spending 3-4 hours a week learning.
I'm looking for an instructor who is organized and can help me improve my language skills and be able to use them in the real world.

I am an absolute beginner. I am looking to develop at least intermediate skills to be able to communicate in both a business manner and in social settings. I am intending to visit Romania soon and want to be able to get myself around and somewhat blend in. The time table remains open. Until I get to a point I feel comfortable with where I am.
