I have no proficiency in Vietnamese. I work for a recovery firm and frequently have contact with non-english speaking customers. A large portion of these customers speak Vietnamese only, or as a primary language. We currently have no employees who can speak Vietnamese. My learning to speak the language in a business context, would enhance our ability to service our clients.
I can dedicate up to 4 hours per week for class time and an additional 5 hours for homework.
I am seeking to learn how to speak to a customer regarding a specific business relationship they have with our client. I will need to know how to discuss payments, accounts and how to leave messages.
