I am interested in one-to-one tuition. I've been studying medicine (through English) in Prague for almost 4 years now but my Czech is still TERRIBLE. I can speak basics and understand a little but my level of grammar is not great. I need to improve it in order to gain a better understanding of what complaints the patients in the hospital have.
I really want to improve my conversationa l Czech as I feel that I worry too much about making mistakes when I speak the language and this in itself hinders my using it. I think I would like to have 1-2, 90min lessons/week.
I would ideally like to start as soon as possible (depending on the cost). I am free most evenings. Thank you so much for your time. I really appreciate it.

I am traveling to Brno in September to study and hopefully complete an internship. I will spend a total of 8 months in the Czech Republic and would like to get a strong hold of the language. One of my best friends is Czech and she does her best to help me, but due to difficult time differences at the moment (and only speaking through a webcam!) it is difficult to advance to where I would like to be. I want to surprise her in 3 months time with a much better grasp of her language! I have been teaching myself the language using both 'Hugo's Czech in 3 Months' and 'Lida Hola's: Czech, Step by Step'. I have a very minor grasp of grammar and vocabulary (nowhere near intermediate but also not an absolute beginner) and feel that I would benefit from some face time with a real Czech teacher. I really enjoy the Czech language and culture, and I am really looking forward to this experience.

well... as for i speak fluent english (in addition to arabic ofcourse since it's my native language), some slight Deutsch
i'm interested in learnig the czech language.... since i visited the Czech Republic mnay times and i got fascinated with this language.
Al so, i may travel to work there so it would be nice for me and be considered as a career enhancement if i do speak the country's language.
i don't know how much time this will take, but i'm a fast learner.
I'm looking for a friendly teacher, patient, ...mmmm nothing more i think:))
