I am a beginner in Arabic and have had some college courses in Spanish. I want to become proficient in Spanish primarily for business reasons and in Arabic for primarily personal reasons and business reasons to a lesser extent. I would like to meet with someone, perhaps at a library or similiar type setting for one on one instruction, once or twice per week for about an hour.
