I am interested in learning standard Arabic, speaking and writing. I have no experience with learning another language. I am interested in learning to help with my work, I am a medical professional and a significant portion of my patients are arabic speakers. I am willing to dedicate up to 3 nights a week to lessons. As far as what I am looking for in a teacher, I am looking for a person who is capable of teaching and responsive to questions. More importantly I need someone who is able to break things down to a simple level. I have a hard time grasping new knowledge if I do not understand it or am not able to apply it in a practical sense.

Before taking a trip to Italy in May, I had worked through the three parts of the Pimsleur Italian series of audio lessons. I learned enough to communicate in broken italian when necessary, but I'd really like to learn to converse.

I am a beginner. I have travelled to the Czech republic three times to help a church put on an English camp for native kids and teenagers. my czech has expanded every time I have visited. I am interested in learning czech because I am considering attending a university in Prague. I would be willing to devote as much time as possible(or as much as my tutor could allow) to learning the language. Ideally my teacher would charge a minimal amount, and allow a failry flexible schedule, as I am currently attending high school, and I have studies I must currently focus on.
