I have 2 kids age 10 and 13. We speak Cantonese at home, since my children are born here, they both speak English almost at all times. They have been taking Chinese lessons since kindergarten through the heritage program provided by the government, but I don't find it very successful. I would like them to try private lessons instead.

I want to learn Mandarin as I am going on exchange to Hong Kong next year and would be interested in working in China later on.
I am a beginner, I have no previous experience learning Mandarin.
I would like to dedicate 4 hours per week.
