I would be starting as a beginner learning Italian. I would like to learn to speak the language so I can attend a culinary scholl in Italy. I am currently a culinary student at The Pacific Institute of the Culinary arts in Grandville Island. I would like to dedicate about 4 hours per week to my lessons. My husband and I are planning a 2 week trip to Tuscany in July and we want to be proficient in basic conversation and reading Italian--dire ctions, time, money,polites se, restaurants and grocery stores, shops.
We would like to have a teacher for about 8 weeks beginning the week of March 22-twice weekly. We have had some Italian instruction but have lost most of what we learned 5 years ago.
Both of us speak and understand French
