I am learning Korean purely for self-improvem ent and interest. I am completely new to this language and the only contacts I have with Korean is only thru listening to Korean pop song and watching Korean drama. I wish to be able to speak, read and write in Korean. I can spare 3/4 hours once a week on one day? I preferred to use Chinese as a medium for teaching.

Hi,
I learn korean language as a hobby. I know simple japanese language too.
I attended intermediate korean class in other language center. But the standard of level of all the language center is differ from each other, so I don't what is my current level.
I need more improvement on conversation.
Once or twice a week class is acceptable.
I wish to learn from a native speaker.

Why I want to learn a foreign language is because I am Korean. I was adopted into the United States when I was Two years old. I just recently have found my birth family in Korean and would love to be able to communicate with them or be able to read emails that I recieve from them.
My proficiency level is a beginner.
I would like to learn all levels.
It is hard but I am willing to dedicate as much time as possible.
The qualities that I am seeking for my teacher to possess is patience.

Hi, my name is Adam and I would like to learn to read, write and speak Korean. I would like to learn Korean because I have an interest in the Korean culture, I have some Korean friends, and I am planning on a trip to South Korea late 2011, early 2012.
I am a beginner however I have been learning a little bit online and a little help from a friend.
In the distant future, there may be the idea of working overseas and a brief Korean business history/etiqu ette to assist me would be nice down the track.
