I would like to learn new languages to better prepare for future career options. Also for personal enrichment. I have no experience in other languages outside of spanish and english. I am interested in learning Farsi primarily because I am very interested in the culture, politics and history of Iran. I have become very interested in the country in light of recent months' developments, and I would like to visit one day. As such, I would like to learn some Farsi in order to be able to get along there if I ever go. I do not currently know any Farsi.
