I'm interested in finding an instructor to assist me in learning Mandarin in miami, florida. I'm a recent graduate with an international relations and asian studies degree and if it would be useful to learn the language of the future. Since Mandarin is a difficult language to learn I feel that one on one tutoring or group tutoring is the best way for me to learn the necessary skills. The qualities that I'm looking for in a professor is someone who is dedicated, enjoys teaching and has a great deal of patience.

My name is Katie McKenna and I am a beginner in the Polish Language. I am looking to learn Polish because my boyfriend is Polish and would like to learn to converse with him and his family in their native language. I am looking to learn conversationa l Polish and am not as interested in Polish writing or grammar - although I realize that they are important as well. I would want to dedicate 1 to 2 hours a week to my Polish langage studies. The quilities that I am looking for in a teacher, are patience, understanding and a willingness to teach me about not only the language, but also a little bit about the culture.
