Sawadheekrab.. . I am seriously wanting to learn Thai in a class room environment ie a few students learning together as I believe subject on languages should be done through communication ... Anyone interested to form a team to learn together or have any contacts of a place where we can learn while practice what we have already learned??? I did a beginner course in YMCA, sadly not as good as I hoped it would be... Oh yea I wanna tak up Thai 'coz I seriously planning to migrate to Chiang Mai in a year or 2 time... I've been learning a little Thai through audiobooks downloaded from the internet lately but I really need someone to coach me. The reason I wanted to learn this language simply because it's a hobby. I want to find out more about Thailand and it's wonderful and colorful people. I wouldn't mind starting again from scratch and commit as much time as possible. My teacher has to be a khon Thai and has good sense of humor. Most importantly he/she must oversee that I'm able to converse in Thai with ease and grace.

I speak only very little of the Thai language and could understand some simple conversations .
1/3 of my family members are Thai or at least half Thai. I've been traveling to Bangkok for holidays since young, therefore i am well exposed to the people, food, culture and language. I love the language and wish to learn to speak and perhaps write as well.
I am interested in attending classes in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia by a Thai teacher. I do not mind if it is a big class or individual class as long as the fee is affordable.
