I am a 19 year old student, who has taken a year out between school and university to go travelling. I am working in Beijing at Hong-Zhi Middle School teaching English to teenagers and adults. I am a complete beginner, but I wish to learn Mandarin to communicate more effectively whilst I am in the country, and also for career opportunities later in life. I am in Beijing for another two months, and I wish to dedicate between five and eight hours a week to my language lessons. As I am working in a school, I am looking for a teacher who can provide evening classes, starting no earlier than 5pm. I would like private lessons, at an affordable price with a cheerful person who is a friend as well as a teacher.
