I am working for a government contractor here in Kuwait on US bases as a medic and while Im here would like to learn Arabic to better understand the culture and be able to speak with those I treat. I know only a handful of arabic words and would be a complete beginner, and would like to learn conversationa l arabic. If possible I would like to meet with a teacher either in person or via computer once or twice a week while Im here on contract. I could be in the country as long as 2 years but know I will be here for at least the next 12 months.
