I am an intermediate level Mandarin student. I previously studied 2 years at Beijing Normal University and took private lessons after that. I have been living in China since the end of 2007.
I need to work on all areas of reading, writing, speaking, pronunciation . It's all important. If you live in China you should or must learn Mandarin. (I am also a ethnically chinese so there is an extra incentive!)
The best teacher are those that are meticulous and know all the correct grammar rules etc. I also like those who are good at teaching pronunciation .

I will help the student With what they want to learn in the language they are wanting to learn. I will help them by using basic words first. Then let them do a small test. And as the days go by and we are still seeing each other I will teach them how to write and have another test prepared for them. I want to help students who really want to learn. I will teach those who are willing to learn. I am not a tough teacher. I am actually really nice to others but I will do everything I can to teach the students. Everyday when I'm meeting with students I promise that they are going to come home with a smile on their faces and say 'I learned something new today'. I am a great teacher. Even though I am young I've been teaching those who were younger than me. In the past two years Ive been teaching math, language arts, social studies, reading, writing, and science. But today I start new as a language teacher. I hope to see my students have a bright future ahead of them and speak something new.

I am just searching for a place that would help me learn Chinese and Japanese languages. I want to study in Taiwan in the next few months. I am still a beginner in terms of proficiency level. I want to learn as much as I can from the correct grammar to the proper usage in conversations . I am willing to devote a lot of time in studying the language lessons. I hope I can find a very patient and willing instructor.
