I am married and have lived in Sweden for 5 years now. It has become necessary for me to know and understand more swedish in my work. I have had some lessons at SFI and have done some online courses, but I am looking for more of a one on one instruction. I would like to be able to understand better when people are speaking in swedish, I just cant seem to follow what people are saying, even though I know a lot of words and phrases. I would like to dedicate either 2 hours, one night a week or 1 hour, 2 nights a week. I work 4-10 hour days, so it would be better after 7 PM. I am looking for a teacher who can help me more with understanding the spoken language and not have people slow down their speech. I will be more involved in company meetings and I need to understand better what is being talked about.

I have been interested in learning Swedish for quite awhile and I also hope to move on to a few other languages such as French & Japanese.
I'm still a beginner but I'll try my best.
I want to learn until I'm proficient in Swedish and can speak fluently and as for my teacher, I just need him/her to have experience with teaching someone around my age (aged 13'2013)
