I am an absolute beginner who would like to learn Finnish because my girlfriend is from Finland, and I would like to be able to communicate with her friends and family in their native language, and also, in the event that we move there, I would like for working there to be an option.
Si nce I have a Finnish vocabulary of less than 100 words, and essentially no grammar to speak of, I see every area as an area of improvement.
I am looking for a teacher who can not only speak and write Finnish, but can speak and write it correctly. He/She must also posess an understanding of and so be able to explain Finnish Grammar.
I can reasonably dedicate 2-3 hours per week to lessons of this kind.

I have no Spanish but wish to learn well enough to read and speak at a reasonable level. I am interested in taking lessons in a one on one or classroom environment with a goal of one lesson per week, depending of course on cost. I have no car so must reach wherever I need to go via public transportatio n.

I studied French in high school @ 25 years ago and I would like to brush up on French conversation. I have 2 young children so once every 2 weeks would be a realistic goal. I don't mind group or private lessons depending on cost.
