Hello,
I am a native english speaker with 8 semesters of Russian language training (but am still at the advanced intermediate level. I am hoping to arrange private lessons 2-3 times per week (for about 1-1.5 hours) for Russian language study. In particular, I could use help with words/phrases related to politics, society, law, diplomacy, etc. Mainly, I need help with speaking, as I have learned extensive grammar and even vocabulary specific to the topics mentioned, but have trouble making fluid conversations and understanding fast speakers.
I am learning Russian as I am an intern in the EU and student at Harvard focusing on the international relations of Russia/Easter n Europe/Centra l Asia. I have also lived in Russia for two summers and traveled much of Central Asia.

Need to develop written English skills, as education has always been in Dutch at a local school. Some concern that there is very little creative writing done in Dutch, and, of course, none in English. Student does read and talk fluently in English. He is a 10 year-old boy who would prefer a male teacher if possible.
