I already speak, read and write Pashto to Diploma Level - or I did. It's now been 2 years since I have spoken to a native speaker and my ability in Pashto is deteriorating . Speaking has always been my favourite and strongest discipline - my reading and writing are not so strong.
I would like to do converstaion and grammar classes one evening a week probably for 2 hours (price dependent). I work in North London and would prefer to study in the area but can travel further into London.
I want to improve my language because I really enjoy it and hope to be able to go to the Pashtun Region in the future if the situation there improves. I also would be looking towards job opportunities in the future once we have clearer idea of the pashto speaker job market after the ISAF draw down.
I'd like a teacher who is willing to discuss a broad range of topics in Pashto and listens.

I have very little knowledge of Portuguese but I'm fluent in French and speak Spanish. So I understand how romance languages work - I'd rather learn grammar and vocabulary directly than learning how to book a hotel room and order a beer!
