Hi,
I have studies 3 levels of Spanish at the Rice University in Houston about 6 months ago. With a little brush-up, I would qualify as an advanced beginner.
I want to continue learning Spanish to be more marketable and ultimately speak with some degree of advanced knowledge.
I can dedicate 1 day a week for the lesson and one more day to practice and do some homework.
I want a native spanish teacher who puts emphasis on correct grammar and pronounciatio n.

I am a mother, interested in finding a tutor to teach my soon-to-be two year old son a foreign language--Spa nish, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, and/or French. I need someone who can tailor their approach and methods to a toddler. The ideal teacher will have experience in teaching very young children, patience, and perserverance . It is considered to be extremely easy for a child his age to learn a foreign language because children catch on much more quickly than adults do. His father and I would like him to speak as many languages as possible before he turns six. We would like tutoring once or twice per week.

I’m the pastor of a Hispanic church in Miami. My wife and kids speak English only. It’s imperative that my family learns to speak Spanish fluently so I can continue my ministry to Hispanics. I feel that the best way for them to learn the language is by being immersed in the culture. We are planning on living in Mérida for one year so that my family can learn the language. I’m currently looking into different language training options. I’ll be in Mérida next month to start making the proper arrangements.
