I only want to speak punjabi,not any writing lessons. My fiance is punjabi so I want to confidently speak in punjabi with him. I know hindi and there are alot of similarities between hindi and punjabi so i will find it easy to learn. I want to learn this language because I have a Finnish pen pal and i'd like to be able to speak to her in her own language, rather than always using English. I'd also like to be able to get by if I go visit her.
I am a beginner, though I have taken basic online classes from my local library. I'd like to improve all areas eventually so that I can hold advanced conversations with others.
I am willing to dedicate as much time as possible.
I would prefer a native speaker, though I'm more than willing to work with someone else. I want someone who won't teach me just basic Finnish- just enough to get around- but will guide me through a deep understanding of the language.
