I want to learn Japanese mainly because I would love to be able to go to Japan and fully experience the culture and get aroung without any language barrier since I've wanted to see Japan since I was around six. I would also love to learn it because I just love the sound of it. I would say I'm inbetween begginner and intermediate as I've had a fair amount of exposure to the language. I feel I need particular improvment with grammar and general conversation, including reading and writing in Hiragana and Katakana.
Si nce I am still in school and live two hours from Dublin, I would be able to put in a few weeks over the Summer holidays (July-August) and scattered days on other times I'm off, for a class, I would be hoping for anything from around an hour to maybe two and a half. I want to get as much time as I can in the few classes I manage to get. In a teacher, I'm hoping for someone who is both supportive, helpful and kind.

I would like to learn Japanese just to add to my language repertoire. I would like to speak with my relatives fluently and understand Japanese media.
I am a beginner and would like to start from the basics of Japanese.
I would be willing to spend 1-2 hours each week on lessons. As I am a student of medicine, I probably would not be able to devote more time on lessons unfortunately .
I am look for a tutor who is flexible with regards to scheduled lessons. Preferably one who can meet with me in person and sit down and teach me on a one-to-one basis.
