Hello. My name is Natalie Hall. I am a pathologist in Auckland New Zealand. I am looking to learn Italian. I have taken Italian classes before in small groups, but I learn better one on one. I am a beginner, but I know some grammar and verbs (i have Italian CD's and old class materials. I need improvement in all areas, but especially in conversation. I would want to spend 1.5 hours twice a week with a one on one teacher. It would have to be after work around 5:30-7pm pretty much any 2 nights a week. I would need a patient teacher that understands the difficulties involved in a 40 year old girl learning a new language, and how to make that process enjoyable, interesting, and as easy as possible. I am moving to Milan and need to become fluent in Italian to be able to live there.
I would say that I am at intermediate level, I've done some online tests and that seems to be the case.
I want in particular to improve in conversation.
I would like each lesson to be 1-2 hours
I want a patient teacher but also someone that can push me to learn quickly and give me advice on how to learn by myself aswell.
I am not currently in Milan I will moving there in July but my boyfriend loves there already and I come to Milan every few weekends and school holidays, I would like a teacher to be as flexible as possible with times.
