I am a beginner in Pushto. I've been in Afghanistan for 12 months and intend to return in the future. For my career advancement and cultural awareness I want to learn the language of my speciality country. I am looking for part time learning over the next year. I have completed my degree online through distant learning courses and am very disciplined when it comes to self education. I am looking for an instructor who will work with me to set up a learning program. I will need to purchase, at my own expense, books and lessons to work with the instructor and participate in video conferencing 1-3 hours a week. I also need a flexible instructor. I am still a full time employee and a parent so flexibilty and online learning is a must.

I would like to learn Pashto as I will be traveling to Afghanistan next year for charity aid. I would like to learn the basics of the language and to be able to converse with the people. It would be great if I can learn some medical terms as the charity I am traveling with will be providing medical aid. Currently I am a student at university and working part-time so cannot afford too many lessons right away, however I am hoping that will change once I get more hours at work.
