I'm currently looking for a French conversation class. I'm going to Paris in October and so I'd like to practice to prepare my journey. I'd like to have my classes conducted by a native French person. I prefer to have a young teacher ( below 40 years of old ), because I'm expecting to learn the new-upcoming culture and slanks as well. Male or female does not really matter to me. I speak fluent English, so my teacher does not need to necessarily speak Indo, and I've recently passed DELF A2, donc je parle français un petit peu.

I am a 25 year old professional looking for a little help with brushing up and expanding my French.
Ha ving spent many holidays in France (like almost every Dutch child) and because I had about 5 years of French in high school, I would not consider myself an absolute beginner, instead I estimate that I must be around CEFR level A1. My passive skills (reading, understanding ) are probably a bit better than my active skills (speaking, writing).
I do not have a very practical incentive for wanting to learn French -- I have no professional or romantic connection to the country. It’s rather that I appreciate the French-speaki ng world for their arts (Brel, Festival d'Avignon), food and people so I'd like to interact with it a little more.
I am looking for a native speaker who could teach me 1 hour a week, in person, somewhere around central/south Dublin. Because I have myself been teaching/tuto ring for the last 3 years I have a pretty good idea what I want: a flexible style of teaching with a lot of speaking and an emphasis on grammar, building on what I already kinda know and understand, rather than starting from absolute zero. I am willing to buy a coursebook so that I can do homework and self-studying .

I currently only speak English and Bahasa Malaysia and therefore looking to broaden my language horizons. My reasons for wanting to learn to speak Mandarin and French are due to aspirations to travel to those respective countries as well as for career advancement. My proficiency in those languages are currently at level zero, which translates to not knowing how to speak a single word. I only want to learn to speak the language, however reading and writing might be an option once I can converse comfortably in the two. I can currently dedicate my learning at a full time basis and I'm looking for a tutor who has cutting edge and radical teaching methods which would enable me to learn these languages at an exceptional rate.
