Quali ties in a teacher - looking for practical language skills, more vocal than text oriented... street slang a plus. I want to be able to drop into the streets of Brazil, or do interviews in a Favela, the moment I touch down on Brazilian soil.
I'm willing to put in the time, over the next 2 or 3 years, to get the conversationa l skills needed to live and work in Brazil. I intend to start up a business, so I need to be able to communicate directly with employees... I do NOT want to have to rely on a middleman.

Level: I have learned portuguese 3 hours every week in 2,5 month in a class with 15 students. A little better than beginner.
I would like to learn portuguese because I'm planning on starting a trio bossa nova band, and I want to be able to sing in portuguese.
I need improvement in general, conversation and pronounciatio n.
I would like to study 2-3 hours every day for around 10 days (20-30 hours) from app. 22 nov 05.
If possible, it would be nice if the teacher has an interest in music
