I am finishing up a degree in Journalism and have been studying Hindi for the past year in an effort to improve my chances of becoming a foreign correspondent .
I have completed Hindi 1 at Latrobe University in Melbourne and am currently completing Hindi 1B with the same institution.
My writing of Hindi is quite good but I need help with sentence constructions and conversations .
I will be in Dehradun this December (2010) so I am looking for a tutor who can commit to a week of one-on-one sessions with me.

I have recently had the excellent experience of share housing with 2 French gentlemen and would like to learn the language for myself. I feel it could also be useful as an extra skill when making applications for work or should I travel to a French speaking location. I would be a beginner level student and would like to learn to read, write and speak the language. I am looking to study 3 times a week for at least an hour per session. I am looking for someone who speaks the language natively and who is patient. I have no idea if I have any aptitude for language.

I started studying French in highschool, and really enjoyed learning a language.
I am 2 years out of school and am not currently studying as i am saving all my money to travel in the next couple of years.
I would really love to study Italian. I am a beginner so need all the help i can get.
I would prefer to study with a group of people and can dedicate at least sessions a week. This is because i feel that i am a better learner when interacting with other people.
My main reason for wanting to study this language is that i have a real interest in the language and their culture. I will be travelling to the country also so this would be great knowledge for me.

Hi, I'd like to learn conversationa l Thai to prepare for a trip to Thailand late 2011. As a beginner I would like to focus on correct pronunciation , basic conversations and grammar. Ideally I would start with an hour lesson each fortnight and perhaps increasing this closer to my trip. For me, I'd like a teacher who has adult teaching skills, is patient and supportive and also makes lessons enjoyable. Am willing to trade Thai lessons for English lessons.
