Hello my name is Chris and I am married with two children. I have been married to my wife for seven years and have always wanted to learn her native language German. I am looking for someone to teach me German one on one as I feel this would be the best way to learn the language properly. Although I knopw the odd bit of German I am still very much a beginner. I would like to learn Mandarin as I feel that it would be a good move for my carrer. I am based in the manufacturing business and I would like to go to China for business.
I do not know any mandarin, so I would be at beginner level.
I would like to spend 1 or 2 hours a week on learning Mandarin.

Learning for fun. Have used several learning techniques so far but i think i need the 'pushing' of a teacher to help me continue. I listened to michael thomas's method in the car for a month or so, which has helped me understand a little about grammar. Hard to remember it all though.

I would like to learn Italian because I have always wanted to. I would like to go to Italy and be able to speak and write the language fluently so I can engage in a more sincere experience with the people there.
I do not know any Italian so am truly a beginner and I would like to learn both the spoken and written word. I am a sales rep so travel a great deal. I would need versitile learning time and would like a couple of lessons per week.
I am looking for a tutor who has Italian as their native tongue and who willing to be flexible with lesson times.
