I have lived in France / Belgium for around five years now and have spent a lot of effort and energy to learn French to which I have reached a good proficiency.
I am have met a Russian partner (who actually teaches English!) and I am also starting to receive offers to work in Russian speaking countries as there are lots of opportunities there right now. These two motivating factors are driving me to wish to study Russian, if possible to a professional / business competency.
I have made a start with some audio CD's which have taken me to a basic standard. I am now seeking one-on-one lessons to get me to an intermediate and then professional standard. If I could start lessons in the Brussels / Waterloo area then this would be ideal.

I want to learn Mandarin Chinese because my boyfriend is Chinese and I want to be able to speak to him and his family in their native language.
I have studied Chinese at the CLT in Leuven for 1 year. And I recently started the 2nd year.
But I would like to take private classes, so that I can practice the language better and faster. I want to improve my reading, writing, speaking and listening skills.
I want to take classes 1 or 2 times a week, depending on the speed and possibilities .
