I am learning German for interest. I have many German speaking friends, and it is nice when I visit them to be able to speak something other than English. I have been learning off and on for over 10 years, and am now studying stage 2 German at Auckland Uni. However, I find I cannot speak the language, only read and write it. I want to be able to speak as well.

Hello. My name is Natalie Hall. I am a pathologist in Auckland New Zealand. I am looking to learn Italian. I have taken Italian classes before in small groups, but I learn better one on one. I am a beginner, but I know some grammar and verbs (i have Italian CD's and old class materials. I need improvement in all areas, but especially in conversation. I would want to spend 1.5 hours twice a week with a one on one teacher. It would have to be after work around 5:30-7pm pretty much any 2 nights a week. I would need a patient teacher that understands the difficulties involved in a 40 year old girl learning a new language, and how to make that process enjoyable, interesting, and as easy as possible.
