Ciao dear reader
I am a beginner but have been studying Italian externally through an autralian university formally for 2 months and a little on my own before that. I went to Italy last year and my goal is to become proficient so that I can pass the consulate exams to go back and live, work and study there. What I am needing is someone to revise in person my uni work but mmore so someone to have and build conversations with. The speaking and listening part is vital and for me I need very much to literally be around and within the language. I can see a tutor perhaps twice a week, outside my work and studytime.
I am looking for someone patient, open, friendly, encouraging, that understands italian and it's structures and grammar very well.

I am a beginner in italian, however i was a Latin student two years ago.Latin is the key to other Romance languages,the refore i have a passion for learning Romance languages particularly that of Italian. I love the italian language and all that flow from it; its culture and beautiful country. However i have practical purposes;in the neer future i would be travelling to Italy for reasons of visits and pilgrimages.
If possible i would like classes on an everyday basis as this will help me learn better and keep myself up to date with my lessons.I am looking forward for a teacher who is patient and understanding .

I believe I am at an intermediate level right now. I take classes on Saturday from 2-4 but I need more one on one or small group conversations . I visit Italy twice a year and I lived there when I studied abroad for 4 months back in 2001.
