Looking to learn arabic purely out of interest - seems like a beautiful language. I know the alphabet - mostly - but have almost no other experience with arabic - however have learned French for many years so know how to learn languages.
Would like a weekly, private lesson.

I'm working in Doha, and although my job does not strictly require I speak Arabic, I'd like to learn it as a way of merging into the culture. I know how to read the letters and numbers and how to greet, but that's about all.
My aim in the beginning is to learn conversationa l Arabic but linked to the written word (in Arabic) since I'm a visual learner.
Dep ending on the cost per houror session, I'd like to dedicate it 1 1/2 hs, 3 times a week.
