I am only a beginner, but I hope to understand Serbian vividly. Though there may not be a class located within my city, I am fine with classes around the Greater Toronto Area. I am pursuing knowing this language because it is the native language of my partner. Considering I'm a beginner, I think the most appropriate areas for involvement is conversation. I am fine with any amount of time, but preferably in the area of 5 hours per week. All I ask for is a professional (and competent) teacher. Thanks!

M y parents were born in serbian and are both full serbian speakers, unfortunately i was never taught to speak the language. I understand bits and pieces and can speak a few words, but it is very minimal. i really want to learn serbian so i can communicate with my family-especi ally my deda (grandfather) who does not speak english. My boyfriend and most of my friends speak serbian, i would love to soon be able to join the conversation.
I will put in as much dedication as i can to the lessons, and i will put in alot of effort and time.
i am looking for a teacher that can understand me, and someone that i wont be embarrassed to talk infront of while im learning.
