I am learning my foreign language in order to become a more marketable applicant, and broaden my future job options. I have also always wanted to be able to be speak comfortably in my native country's second language.
My proficiency level in French is beginner.
I feel that my grammar, both oral and written, requires work. Additionally, I need to work on verb conjugation as it does not come as easily to me in either oral or written form.
I want to dedicate at least 3 months to my language lessons over the summer as well as continue my studies there after.
I am looking for a teacher who will push, motivate, and encourage me to work through the challenges of learning a language. I am looking for lessons that are geared toward adult learners to help me improve my oral and writing skills.

I am learning Bengali because the country of Indiana and the city of Kolkata are very close to my heart. I have been in India for 6 months and am now back in America. I am saving my money to return to India and would love to learn Bengali first. I do know minimal Bengali from picking it up while I was there. But I still consider myself a beginner. Conversation is my biggest concern/desir e. I would love to do a lesson every 2 weeks. I would love the teacher to be Bengali, but is not 100 percent necessary.
