I am half French Canadian and half German, but have lived all but my first 2 years in Canada. I lost my German when I learned French at 2 years of age. I speak and write fluently in English and French and have even tutored in French so I understand a lot of the grammar concepts that explain why things are the way they are.
I have taken some German lessons in a French Lycée but would like to start again. Pronunciation and the basics are still in my brain, vocab and grammar are not (especially verb conjugation and word order)!

I've always been interested in learning languages. I would someday like to work in Germany - either for ESA or another aerospace company.
I 've never formally studied German but I have gone through several Rosetta Stone lessons by myself. I also lived in the Netherlands for half a year and I learned some Dutch/German there. I'm very quick at picking up the basics of a new language but sometimes need more motivation to continue learning.
I'm most interested in conversation and writing.
I am willing to dedicate up to 4 hours per week to language lessons.
I would prefer a teacher who is a native German speaker, but anyone who is fluent is fine.
