I have been interested in the Japanese culture for awhile. I am a big manga fan and I have plans to visit Japan in August 2010, so I would like to be familiar with the language if not fluent. I am a beginner, I do have a Japanese audio cd that I am listening to in my car, but I'm not getting very far. I would like to dedicate at least 2 to 3 hours a week if possible. I would like a teacher who is proficient in English and Japanese and is patient.
