I moved to Norway in 2009 when I married my wife (who is Norwegian). For over a year and a half I have studied Norwegian at Rosenhof. Despite having passed Norsk Prøve 3 and working part-time in a Norwegian workplace, I am not confident enough to speak Norwegian freely and comfortably. In addition, I am having a difficult time expanding my vocabulary, not to mention remembering expressions and word order.
I would like to have 2-3 afternoon sessions per week. My hope is that the tutoring sessions can compliment my language course at Rosenhof.
I would prefer to have private lessons, but could also agree to a small group of 2-6 students. With regard to study locations, I am flexible.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am very interested in Scandinavia and love the people throughout the region. I have friends in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. I have been to visit all of these countries and found them wonderful! I would like to be able to communicate with my friends in a Scandinavian language. Since one of my closest friends is from Norway, I have decided to learn Norwegian.
I am a beginner but have take one local class. I will be away from the Philippines for most of the summer and did not want to lose the chance to continue my studies. I am not sure if this will help me with Norwegian but I am a fluent German speaker. I understand that both derive from a Germanic base language.
The classes I have been taking offer up to 600 hours ( from beginner to Advanced)I would like to be able to have a full conversation with a native speaker. I am planning to go to Norway in late August. I have no expectations that I will be that good by August but high hopes!! I am willing to dedicated 10 hours a week, which would be around 2 hours a day.
I look for professionali sm and patience in a teacher. As I am a beginner I am not sure of what I am looking for in my lessons.
