I applied for a job with Border Patrol Agency. I am required to speak Spanish, or I will be at the end of the Academy. I know something in Spanish. It is not enough, though. I try to learn it by myself but it is not like you learn it with a teacher. Although I am going to be learning Spanish in the BP Academy I just want to help myself a little bit beforehand. It never hurts to know more.

My mother is a native of Iraq and her entire family speaks Assyrian except for me. I am learning foreign languages becasue I hope to become fluent and visit these countries someday.
