I am in Kuala Lumpur Thursday May 21 (2009) and the 22nd. I'm looking to take beginning classes in Bahasa Indonesia and/or Bahasa Malaysia in the evening, for one to two hours (will depend on how I feel the lessons are going). I have recently traveled in Indonesia and Malaysia for business, and having learned a little about the language am curious to try to learn more. I hope to come back soon, and if so would like to be able to have some basic conversation skills if possible. I am a 27 year old male (American), currently living in China (I also speak Mandarin Chinese, and am hoping Malaya will be much easier to learn..)
I would like to meet at a coffee shop or similar location in the Bintang shopping district, which is near where I am staying (very close to BBQ park). I am looking to pay around 50 ringgit an hour (pricing negotiable).
