German was the very first foreign language I learned at the age of 7, and since I try to keep it in 'active' condition through learning since I very rarely use it in my career. I am a part-time PhD student in a Russian university now, and am considering the opportunity to try one of the DAAD programmes for exchange. That's why I would like to 'revive' my skills up to the level that would allow me to pass the TestDaF and enter the program. My current level is B1 (spoken) and B2 (written) according to the Goethe Institut curriculum. The areas I would like to focus on are grammar, speaking and writing grammatically correct. I would like to meet with a teacher 1-2 times a week, in evening time or during weekends, and am looking for a professional experienced in TestDaF preparation, and familiar with Goethe Institut teaching methods.

My son is a homeschool highschool student and chose to learn German for his two years of a foreign language. We bought a 2-year German curriculum called Power-Glide, and he has been studying the book and listening to the CD's but is not doing very well. I was looking for some additional tutoring for German. Thank you.
