Currently my profiency level in Japanese is beginner. I like to learn japanese language for my career advancement as well as to widen my knowledge in Japanese. The area i need to improve is on conversation. I want to dedicate my language lesson 3 times a week at 2 hours for each lesson.

I would like to learn Russian and Turkish for travel purposes, and to add it on as an additional skill in my resume.
I would like help in areas primarily speaking and reading; writing is not my priority as i think that usually comes naturally when one has mastered the reading skill.
I would like to dedicate about 3 to 4 hours a week to learn, more if my teacher feels I am needing extra time. I am not in a hurry to master the language though. So teaching pace can be set by teacher.
I'm looking for a teacher who has the patience, loves teaching and makes a difficult language seem easier to understand.
