I am a beginner in Farsi language and I am seeking a teacher who is able to be accredited through the University of Hawaii. Although I do not know if this is even possible, I am hoping! I am pursuing a degree in dance ethnology at UH and am focusing my thesis upon Persian dance, a style with which I do have a fair amount of familiarity and which I have performed with an Iranian band since 2001 in Seattle, WA. I would dedicate myself to two lessons a week. Thank you!

I have the alphabet and basic elements of grammar/greet ings down. Took Persian 1 where i also had a tutor and can read it well but i need a lot more development in conversations and listening. Need help in grammar as well. Willing to dedicate at least 2-4 hrs a week on this. Need someone who is PATIENT and can go at my own pace.

My dad is Persian so i have a pretty good foundation of the language but i would like to be able to carry on a conversation with my Iranian family members and understand Persian grammar and writing. I think i would opt for lessons once or twice a week with a teacher who's native language is Farsi.

I recently married a Persian man and want to learn Farsi. I am a beginner and work full-time, able to devote 4-5 hours/week to instruction.
Because I work at least 40 hours a week with a demanding schedule, I am looking for an instructor who is flexible. In addition, my husband may be interested in English lessons, intermediate to advanced. Perhaps we could work with a single instructor, albeit separately and individually.
