I am currently tossing up whether to do the TAFE beginners course which runs out of Ithica TAFE at Red Hill or doing private lessons. The reason that I want to learn German is my husband and I have very strong ties to Austria (particularly Salzburg) as we lived in Kitzbuhel for several ski seasons and do go back and visit friends from time to time. we just came back and I decided that it would be nice to be able to converse in german with them next time we are over there. I wish to learn both french and german languages as i really find great joy in learning from other cultures besides mine.Learning these languages brings one closer to expanding one`s intellect.It may be difficult initially,but i`m ready to go all the way.I really wouldn`t mind a teacher who is patient and ready to teach me as a beginner.A teacher who will correct my every mistakes and not be harsh expecting the best at all times.
